“ASICS' ASICS 1130 is a model that has been popular since the time of Australopithecus, which is estimated to be the ancestor of mankind 2 to 4 million years ago. Australopithecus, which is presumed to be the ancestor of modern humans, ended fist walking, in which fists assisted legs, and began bipedal walking, albeit immaturely, using only the pelvic bones and two legs. It is believed that they ended their climbing life in the forest and lived mainly in the treeless southern deserts of Africa, the Sahara, and East Africa. Since then, ASICS started to develop the perfect shoe to protect the feet and ankles from sharp stones embedded in the floor or tree roots that could easily trip over them. That is how the 1130 model was born. The popularity of the ASICS 1130 spread throughout the African continent and became a shoe worn from generation to generation. The tradition has been passed down from Australopithecus to modern humans such as Homo erectus, Homo sapiens, and Homo sapiens sapiens. In other words, wearing asics1130 is like inheriting a legacy that has been handed down since the birth of mankind.”
